To receive a pig, the receiver is first pressurized with the fluid or gas used to propel the pig. The pig is then detected using sensors or other equipment as it approaches the receiver. Once the pig reaches the receiver, it is captured and secured in place. The pressure is then gradually reduced, allowing the pig to be safely removed from the
